Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementations for self-funded, new business clients. The role requires engaging with internal and external stakeholders to proactively address issues while ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.

In this role, you will lead planning and execution of key projects, develop plans and milestones, manage risks, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience including direct management of client relationships and delivery of healthcare products or implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess risks, propose solutions, and drive resolution within timelines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills: prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and coordinating resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of major organizational projects with alignment to goals, timelines, and budget.
• Develop project plans, assign team members, define deliverables and milestones.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans; monitor progress and report results.
• Coach junior staff on best practices in project management and governance.
