Responsibilities

• Completes installation, commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customer equipment and systems after PM100.
• Determines task priorities and schedules measures accordingly.
• Supports customers remotely and onsite; provides 2nd/3rd level user support.
• Maintains and improves internal tools, equipment, processes and data repositories.
• Participates in estimation, planning and review of technical tasks for project acquisition and planning.
• Adheres to relevant processes and regulations.
• May manage subcontractors and monitor delivery.
• May contribute to technical design for service offerings.
