Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in the United States is seeking a Field Service Representative to service Varian medical systems at customer sites within the local territory. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on designated equipment, ensuring uptime and performance.

The role requires strong communication with customers and internal teams, on-site presence, and adherence to VMS guidelines. A technical background and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills on electronic/electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical documentation and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair designated VMS equipment in the field.
• Manage field service schedule, preventative maintenance, and upgrades.
• Escalate issues to senior staff as needed and maintain reports.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with clear communication.
