Siemens Healthineers in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Field Service Engineer to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain medical imaging equipment at customer sites. You will manage preventative maintenance, coordinate installations, and escalate issues as needed while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires a HS degree (or equivalent), 3–7 years of electronics/electro-mechanical repair experience, and certification to work on C3 products.

Qualifications

• Minimum: HS Degree or Equivalent
• 3–7 years field service experience
• Has completed all required VMS training classes for C3 products
• Has completed VMS HW Level II and Imaging Level II certification testing

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all designated equipment within service territory.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance per guidelines.
• Maintain territory management and timely field and expense reports.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Escalate incidents when necessary and coordinate with senior staff.
