Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Manager, Customer Services Operations to lead onsite installation, service, and maintenance of equipment at customer locations. You will supervise a team of Customer Service Engineers, manage escalations, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, and delivering service performance to meet customer expectations globally.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of field service or customer service operations leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver high levels of customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and to work flexible schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary customer liaison for operational matters, troubleshooting, escalations, reporting, and communications.
• Demonstrate customer-focused approach, responding to concerns and providing timely support.
• Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Engineers, including performance management and scheduling.
• Develop service schedules and assign work based on customer requirements and team capabilities.
• Assess skills, coach, and provide on-the-job training; ensure GMPs and safety standards.
