Medica seeks a Manager, Lean Six Sigma to partner with leaders across the organization, redesign end-to-end processes, and improve operational performance for members and employees. You will lead high-impact improvement initiatives from problem identification through implementation, facilitate Kaizen events, and coach teams for sustained results.

This onsite role may include direct leadership responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience plus 7+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement, BPM or related field.
• Advanced experience applying Lean Six Sigma and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events and structured improvement workshops with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements that deliver measurable outcomes in health plan or payer operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional business process improvement initiatives from discovery through design, implementation, and sustainment.
• Partner with leaders, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, and experience for members and employees.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and BPM methodologies to identify root causes, reduce waste and variation, and design improved future-state processes.
• Facilitate and coach Kaizen events and structured problem-solving sessions, using data to develop recommendations and measure results.
• Build cross-functional partnerships, support organizational change, and coach teams to sustain continuous improvement practices.
