Job summary

1103 Team Member Services is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to develop and implement analytic strategies, define KPI baselines, and drive value-based care improvements in a healthcare setting. You will identify gaps, map processes, and apply Lean Six Sigma tools to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in engineering, healthcare, or business.
Proven practice of quality and process improvement methodologies such as lean six sigma.
Proven experience leading process improvement projects in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

Develops analytic and measurement strategies including metrics and data sources.
Identifies current processes, researches practices, and defines KPI and future state.
Uses Lean, Six Sigma, RCA and DOE to improve quality, labor efficiency and throughput.
Performs time studies and capacity analysis to boost operational efficiency.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to validate processes and reduce costs.
Communicates progress and obstacles to management and stakeholders.
