Adventist HealthCare seeks an experienced Senior Operational Excellence Consultant to lead and implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the organization, driving patient and operational outcomes. The role champions data-driven decision making, coachable leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic goals.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field and a Black Belt with at least five years of Lean Six Sigma experience within healthcare settings.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a healthcare related field or MBA preferred.
• Black Belt certification required with hands-on experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Lean Six Sigma and project leadership in healthcare.

Aufgaben

• Facilitates improvement teams through project lifecycles and serves as LSS SME.
• Executes Rapid Improvement events to drive value.
• Develops analytics and KPIs, identifies data sources and baseline metrics.
• Communicates progress to sponsors, addressing obstacles.
• Identifies and resolves issues impacting deadlines or scope.
• Leads special projects at leadership request to meet strategic goals.
• Builds strong relationships with pillar/entity leads, acting as a business partner.
• Provides just-in-time coaching for Quality Advisors and leaders.
• Assesses process maturity and advances teams toward process management for excellence.
• Facilitates Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Instructs Lean Six Sigma training (white to black belt) and contributes to curriculum.
