Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking a Manager to lead its Lean Six Sigma program across the enterprise. You will partner with executives, physicians, and leaders to embed improvement methods in daily operations and align initiatives with strategic priorities.

You will coach green and Black Belts, oversee a portfolio of system-wide projects, and build capability through training, mentoring, and performance dashboards across Memorial Health affiliates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an applicable discipline is required.
• ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required; Master Black Belt preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of performance/operations improvement experience using LEAN/DMAIC.
• At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma at a system level.
• Experience with physicians and operational leaders in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and sustainability of the Lean Six Sigma program across Memorial Health.
• Prioritize and resource enterprise initiatives aligned with strategy; oversee project portfolio.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop PI staff across affiliates; coach Green/Black Belts.
• Provide consulting to executives and physicians; facilitate improvement opportunities.
• Oversee Lean Six Sigma training; ensure rigorous, consistent PI education.
• Develop dashboards and reporting; track progress and sustain improvements.
• Represent Memorial Health in professional forums and ensure knowledge transfer.
