Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Process Excellence Manager to lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives across DME and IDTF operations, focusing on patient, provider, payer, and employee experience while driving efficiency and compliance.

The role partners with Commercial, Operations, Revenue Cycle, Clinical, Compliance, and Technology leaders to implement standardized, measurable improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare ops exp preferred.
• 5+ years in process improvement or operational excellence.
• 2+ years leading process improvement teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Process Managers.
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement and governance.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and process health metrics.
• Drive enterprise change management and project governance.
