Care Logistics seeks a Healthcare Process Engineer to partner with the Transformation Team in advancing transformation initiatives for hospitals, leveraging Six Sigma, lean methodologies, and data-driven insights. The role supports client engagements, sales, marketing, and product management efforts through process redesign and SOP development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of healthcare process improvement experience.
• Healthcare process redesign consulting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive transformation for client engagements in partnership with executives and solutions engineers.
• Document and analyze current-state processes using Six Sigma and lean methods.
• Design future-state processes and provide recommendations to achieve transformational results.
• Develop SOPs as needed and support SOP updates during transformations.
• Support testing events and go-live activities for technical solutions.
• Prepare executive presentations and reports with performance data and insights.
• Collaborate with Product Management to relay market needs and customer feedback.
