Job summary

EverHealth Process Improvement Manager at EverCommerce seeks an experienced professional to map current-state processes, measure performance, and redesign workflows across healthcare brands such as DrChrono, CollaborateMD, Updox and eProvider Solutions. You will partner with leaders to eliminate bottlenecks and enable scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of process improvement or hands-on operations leadership with redesign experience.
• Demonstrated end-to-end process mapping across multiple teams with measurable impact.
• Strong quantitative data skills and ability to pull and interrogate data independently.
• Skilled interviewer/observer who identifies real processes behind stated ones.
• Ability to influence both frontline teams and executives during redesign.

Responsibilities

• Map current state through interviews, shadowing, and data.
• Measure and baseline real duration, volume, and rework metrics.
• Redesign processes focusing on constraints, flow, and ownership.
• Drive adoption with function leaders and frontline teams; build standard work.
• Partner with engineers and finance to ensure redesigns are actionable and measurable.
