Medica, a nonprofit health plan serving communities in Minnesota and beyond, seeks a Sr. Consultant, Lean Six Sigma to lead cross‑functional process improvements and drive operational excellence.

You will partner with leaders and teams to identify opportunities, apply Lean Six Sigma and BPM methods, facilitate Kaizen events, and coach others to sustain gains, while collaborating across the organization to improve member and employee experiences.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5+ years in continuous improvement, BPM, or related field.
• Advanced Lean Six Sigma experience and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience improving health plan or payer operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives end-to-end.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and BPM to identify root causes and design future-state processes.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and coach teams to sustain improvements.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and structured problem-solving sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
