Job summary

CHKD Medical Group is seeking a Business Process Engineer to lead LEAN Six Sigma initiatives in a healthcare setting. You will manage process-improvement projects aligned with organizational goals and report to department leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and a Master’s preferred (or 5+ years in healthcare quality). You will train teams, apply data-driven methods, and help the organization become more self-sufficient in improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Masters degree preferred or minimum 5+ years healthcare quality experience with LEAN Six Sigma.
• Proficient in data-driven decision making and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Leads LEAN Six Sigma projects to improve processes across the organization.
• Practices root cause analysis with control charts and histograms.
• Mentors project teams and creates project plans to meet goals.
• Collaborates with clinical leadership to align projects with strategic priorities.
• Performs data analysis to support recommendations and reporting.
