One Medical is seeking a Practice Coordinator to lead their West Hartford and Glastonbury, CT offices, ensuring smooth daily operations, optimal patient flow and high-quality experiences.

You will oversee scheduling, inventory, facilities, and frontline duties, while coaching teammates and implementing process improvements across the practice. This is a full-time, in-person role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in high-touch customer service or patient-facing healthcare.
• Ability to foster collaborative team dynamics and a supportive culture.
• Experience in collaborative, diverse multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist preferred; applicants encouraged.
• Proven track record of leading change management and process improvement.
• Healthcare experience with understanding of billing and insurance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure practice readiness through regular team check-ins and staffing reviews.
• Provide team support through training, coaching, and mentorship.
• Drive performance via daily management and metrics.
• Manage inventory including ordering, tracking expirations, and counts.
• Support financial health through budget review and copay/revenue cycle.
• Monitor NPS responses and escalate service recovery as needed.
• Partner with clinical leadership to support quality outcomes and compliance.
• Uphold C-I-CARE in all patient interactions and manage scheduling.
• Handle front office duties including check-in/out, insurance verification, and IT requests.
• Clinical duties may include venipuncture, EKGs, vitals, vaccines, and related tasks.
