Competenze

• Experience in Practice/Medical Office Management or Operations with leadership of staff and ability to drive operational workflows.
• Solid computer knowledge and aptitude.
• Proven proficiency with reporting and data analytics.

Mansioni

• Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the office.
• Assists Senior Practice Manager and physicians to develop and implement long-range plans.
• Manages office operations to maximize patient access, satisfaction, and payments collection.
• Coordinates staff and provider schedules to ensure proper coverage for quality patient care.
• Manages HR—hiring, onboarding, coaching and evaluating; fosters a team environment.
• Reconciles and investigates patient complaints.
• Leads process improvement initiatives and ensures policy compliance.
• Acts in meetings with practice, regional and organizational teams.
