One Medical in Florida is seeking a Practice Coordinator to lead daily clinical operations and support the practice team. You will ensure scheduling, inventory, and facilities run smoothly, while delivering outstanding patient experiences.

You will coach teammates, implement best practices, and collaborate with clinical leadership and the Operations Manager to improve patient safety and outcomes. This full-time role requires strong communication and a customer-service mindset.

Competenze

• Must be a current One Medical Professional Corporation employee.
• Currently a team member in Florida.
• At least one year in One Medical in a lead or supervisory role in customer service or healthcare (e.g., Senior Health) by Nov 2026.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating inventory, daily management, and Kaizen events.

Mansioni

• Ensure practice operational readiness with staffing reviews, task queues, and monthly shift publishing.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members and recognize performance.
• Drive performance through daily management and office huddle facilitation with metrics.
• Manage inventory: ordering, receiving, expiry tracking, waste minimization, counts.
• Support financial health: budget reviews, copay, and revenue cycle management.
• Monitor Net Promoter Score responses and coordinate service recovery with the Ops Manager.
• Partner with Clinical Leadership to support quality outcomes, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Apply the C-I-CARE framework to ensure patient-centered interactions and smooth scheduling.
