Vituity Mount Vernon, WA is seeking a Hospital Medicine Practice Administrator to oversee site operations, coordinate with hospital leadership, and support medical directors and providers. The role includes financial, HR, and systems administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in healthcare/office settings, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to manage deadlines and compliance across site programs.

Qualificações

• Two to three years in an office or healthcare setting.
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree preferred in business or HR fields.
• Healthcare knowledge and HR principles preferred.
• Experience with hospital or clinical environments is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the operational administrator for the site leadership and interface with hospital and community.
• Serve as the front-line liaison for the provider team with hospital leadership and Vituity support.
• Provide executive support to the site medical director and management team to meet contract expectations.
• Support site financials including stipends, reimbursements and payroll timecards.
• Be the super user for Vituity software and coordinate hospital systems.
