Job summary

Vituity seeks a Hospital Medicine Practice Administrator in Salinas, CA to provide direct operational support to medical directors and hospital partners. You will oversee site administration, liaison with hospital leadership, manage executive support, and coordinate financial and administrative processes.

The role requires 2–3 years in an office/healthcare setting, with a preferred associate or bachelor's degree in related fields.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field strongly preferred.
• Experience working in the healthcare field is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and HR principles preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational administrator for the site leadership and as the interface for the practice to the hospital and community.
• Serve as the front-line liaison for the provider team with hospital leadership and Vituity support teams.
• Provide executive support to the site medical director and management to meet contract expectations.
• Support site financials including contract stipends, expense reimbursements, and payroll timecards.
• Be the super user for Vituity software applications and point person for hospital systems.
