Job summary

Vituity seeks a Hospital Medicine Practice Administrator in Everett, WA to act as the operational administrator for the site leadership and interface with the hospital and community. You will support medical directors, providers, and the Vituity team, handling meetings, schedules, and data reporting.

You will manage site financials, solicit compliance with policies, and serve as the go-to for software and technology systems. A strong admin background and healthcare familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field strongly preferred.
• Experience working in the healthcare field is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of general Human Resource principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational administrator for the site Vituity leadership and as the interface for the practice to the hospital and community.
• Provide executive support to the site medical director and site management team to meet contract expectations.
• Provide support for all site financials including contract stipends, reimbursements and payroll timecards.
• Act as the super user for all Vituity software applications and point person for hospital software/hardware systems.
• Facilitate daily patient census and attend daily multi-disciplinary rounds as applicable.
• Ensure all licensed providers complete recredentialing timely and appropriately.
