Job summary

Vituity seeks a Hospital Medicine Practice Administrator in Fenton, MO to drive site operations and liaison with hospital leadership. You’ll support medical directors, providers, and staff to meet contractual expectations and optimize financial and operational performance.

You will act as the super user for Vituity software, manage office systems, and coordinate schedules, training and compliance across the site. This role emphasizes collaboration, organization and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting.
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational administrator for the site leadership and interface to the hospital.
• Serve as the front-line liaison for the provider team with hospital leadership and support teams.
• Provide executive support to the site medical director and management team.
• Support site financials including contracts, reimbursements, and payroll timecards.
• Be the super user for Vituity software and hospital systems.
• Support providers in disputes, subpoenas, scheduling depositions and testimony as applicable.
• Manage office operations, meeting logistics, supplies, events and customer service.
• Coordinate daily patient census and multi-disciplinary rounds when applicable.
• Oversee site clinical schedules to ensure adequate patient coverage.
