Job summary

Vituity seeks a Hospital Medicine Practice Administrator in Missouri to provide direct, business operations support to medical directors, site physician partners, and the support team. You will act as the interface between the practice and the hospital, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to contracts.

You will manage site financials, scheduling, staffing, and compliance, serve as super user for Vituity software, coordinate recruiting and credentialing, and drive quality improvement

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare terminology is preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational administrator for the site leadership and interface with the hospital and community.
• Serve as the front-line liaison for the provider team with hospital leadership and support teams.
• Provide executive support to site medical director and management to meet contract expectations.
• Manage site financials including stipends, reimbursements, and payroll timecards.
• Be the super user for Vituity software and point person for hospital systems.
• Support recruiting, credentialing, and on-boarding for providers and staff.
• Coordinate office management, meeting logistics, and site events.
• Facilitate daily patient census and site clinical schedules to ensure uninterrupted care.
• Collect and analyze site financial and operational data; drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead site projects: meetings, patient experience, and provider programs.
