Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support healthcare capital projects as part of the owner's representative team.

You will coordinate design and construction activities, monitor controls, and foster collaboration among clients, consultants, and contractors. The role emphasizes working within active healthcare facilities, coordinating multiple stakeholders and maintaining project records from design through turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years in project/construction management within healthcare or similar complex facilities.
• Experience across design, procurement, construction and handover phases.
• Knowledge of budgets, schedules, contracts and project controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support project manager across planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover and closeout.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors and client stakeholders.
• Monitor design/construction for compliance with requirements and quality standards.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, schedules, cost reporting and change orders.
• Track milestones, risks, action items and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes and progress logs.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals and contractor documentation.
