Job summary

STV is seeking a Healthcare Assistant Project Manager to join our PM/CM team in NYC and Long Island. The successful candidate will represent the owner in capital programs, upgrades, renovations for healthcare facilities, pharma and life sciences projects, and manage all phases of project life cycle.

Responsibilities include guiding cross-functional teams, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with design professionals and contractors to deliver state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience managing minimum $10M healthcare construction projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; coordinate with owners, design teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Support PM in leading healthcare projects with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and contracts to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Assist in risk management and change order processes.
• Communicate complex ideas to senior leadership as needed.
