Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to serve as owner's representative for capital projects from planning through closeout in active healthcare environments.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure patient safety and continuity of care throughout design and construction. The ideal candidate has healthcare construction experience, strong stakeholder communication, and proficiency with PM software to coordinate complex, risk-aware projects in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, building sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management or construction management experience in healthcare or complex institutional projects.
• Experience serving as owner's representative or PM/CM.
• Experience delivering healthcare projects, ideally $10M+.
• Experience in occupied/operational healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of healthcare planning, design, construction, MEP, commissioning, activation and closeout.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's representative for healthcare capital projects including renovation and new construction.
• Manage projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, activation, turnover, and closeout.
• Lead and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and clinical stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, change orders, invoices, and project controls.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables, resolving issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, or operations.
• Oversee design/construction for contract compliance, quality standards, and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate construction in occupied facilities with minimal patient impact.
• Facilitate project meetings and report on schedule, budget, risks, and decisions.
