Job summary

STV, Inc. in Palm Beach County is seeking a Healthcare Assistant Project Manager to join our PM/CM team. The successful candidate will support capital programs, oversee design professionals and contractors, and manage life-cycle activities for healthcare facilities.

The role requires experience representing owner's interests, budgeting, planning, bidding, construction, commissioning, and closeout services across pharmaceutical, laboratory, and healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum $10 million construction project management experience in healthcare/pharma/lab.
• Strong knowledge of PM techniques, communication skills, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to supervise people including recruitment and development.
• Proficient with MS Project and SharePoint; experience with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in leading the project team and setting goals.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and design/construction activities per contracts.
• Maintain client and vendor relationships and manage risk; resolve conflicts.
• Communicate complex ideas to executives to facilitate decisions.
• Support evaluation and adoption of standards and procedures for project success.
