Job summary

Memorial Health seeks a Manager to lead its Lean Six Sigma program, guiding performance improvement initiatives across the system.

The role embeds Lean Six Sigma into daily operations, aligns projects with strategic priorities, and develops people and processes to achieve sustained results. Collaboration with executives, physicians, and leaders across affiliates is essential to drive enterprise-wide quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Business, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Organizational Behavior, or related field.
• ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• Master Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Memorial Health’s Lean Six Sigma program and manage colleagues who provide performance improvement support.
• Embed Lean Six Sigma principles into daily operations and ensure system-wide alignment with strategic priorities.
• Develop people and processes to achieve sustained results.
• Partner with executives, physicians, and leaders across affiliates to drive enterprise-wide quality and operational excellence.
