Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in engineering, healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt certification preferred.
• Minimum four years of experience in process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred; academic medical center experience a plus.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating improvement events.
• Project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma activities.
• Identify, analyze, and improve operational processes through redesign and root cause analysis.
• Develop current-state and future-state workflows and establish baselines.
• Define, track, and report KPIs to measure project and operational success.
• Coach, mentor, and train leaders and staff in Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Present project findings and progress to leadership.
