Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

• Minimum 3 years leading and executing projects using PMP/Six Sigma.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams to successful outcomes is preferred.
• General understanding and application of Lean, Six Sigma and project management.

Responsibilities

• Acts as steward of operational improvement and project initiatives.
• Identifies opportunities and leads initiatives from conception through completion.
• Builds people capabilities to ensure continuous evolution of process performance management.
• Uses appropriate techniques to execute projects.
