Job summary

The role combines autonomy with coaching from Master Black Belts and requires strong data analysis, facilitation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Behavior, Healthcare Management or related field required.
• ASQ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of on-the-job experience in Six Sigma/Lean, analytical tools, and/or team facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level or cross-departmental improvement projects.
• Mentor entry-level consultants and coaches Yellow/Green Belts.
• Collaborate with Memorial Health teams to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Deliver measurable improvements in patient safety and operational performance.
