Job summary

Luminis Health seeks a Senior Performance Improvement Facilitator to lead system-wide PI initiatives across hospitals. The role manages complex projects, coordinates stakeholders, and drives Lean transformations to improve patient care and operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 3–5 years of PM or CI experience, a BS degree, and proficiency in MS Office; PMP preferred. This role includes mentoring, training, and reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in continuous improvement or project management.
• Lean concepts and PDSA knowledge required.
• Proficient in MS Office; PM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the System Director in implementing Lean transformations and PI initiatives.
• Lead or co‑facilitate Performance Improvement events; plan and execute projects.
• Coordinate with executives and site leaders; communicate progress and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project management tools; train staff and onboard new hires.
