Job summary

Medica, a nonprofit health plan based in Minnetonka, MN, seeks a Manager, Business Process Engineering to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and drive cross-functional process improvements across the enterprise.

You will partner with leaders, vendors, and employees to design and implement Kaizen events, dashboards, and performance metrics, ensuring high-quality member experiences and efficient operations. This on-site role requires 3 days/week in the Minnetonka office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years in continuous improvement or BPM.
• Mastery of Lean Six Sigma tools including Kaizen, A3, Kanban, 5 Whys, FMEA.
• Experience creating enterprise operating performance metrics and dashboards.
• Proven leadership across large cross-functional teams.
• Health plan/payer or healthcare operations experience.
