• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification in first year.
• Two+ years of Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Process Excellence experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and meet Virginia state employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across departments.
• Coordinate design and execution of improvement events and projects.
• Track KPIs, report progress, and sustain improvements over time.
• Coach management and frontline staff in Lean methodologies and Change Management.
• Support traditional project management approaches including waterfall and Agile.
