Qualifications

• Four years healthcare experience in roles like RN, LPN, Radiology, Lab tech, or equivalent.
• Four years healthcare revenue cycle performance improvement experience (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
• Four years healthcare technical experience with EPIC modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult on transformational performance improvement projects.
• Provide analysis, gap assessments, and facilitation for teams.
• Accelerate dissemination of best practices and drive measurable improvements.
• Lead large-scale Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the market.
