Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring in Phoenix, AZ, seeking an Outreach role to grow our behavioral health access. You will build relationships with referral sources, meet patients and providers, and drive community partnerships to expand care access in local markets.

You will travel locally 4–5 days a week, energize teams, and coordinate with marketing, product, and client success to reach GTM goals. A strong, consultative sales style and English fluency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years proven sales experience – owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Experience working with healthcare organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4–5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead marketing meetings, presentations, and networking events in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize market feedback to inform go‑forward marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to meet GTM goals.
