Charlie Health Outreach seeks a Territory Manager in Eastern Indianapolis to drive market penetration and build strong relationships with clinical partners and referral sources.

You will travel locally 4–5 days a week, meeting patients, parents, and providers, uncovering needs, and addressing barriers to treatment. The role blends field activity with cross-functional collaboration and a strong focus on growth and partnership development.

Qualifications

• Must be based in the Eastern Indianapolis, IN area.
• Must be fluent in English.
• 1–4 years proven sales experience; owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus.
• Experience working with healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4–5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners.
• Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills with a consultative style.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration (IN, Eastern Indianapolis).
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person or via conference call.
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
