Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is recruiting for an Outreach role based in Billings, MT. You will build relationships with clinical partners and drive market entry strategies, meeting patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and reduce barriers to access.

The position emphasizes travel, relationship management, and collaboration with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to achieve GTM goals. A compensation plan includes base plus uncapped bonus.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership is a plus.
• Must be based in Billings, MT and fluent in English.
• Ability to travel locally 4–5 days/week for meetings with referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets.
• Travel locally 4–5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers.
