Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking an Outreach role in Shelby County, OH. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build and manage referral partnerships, and lead in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and reduce barriers to treatment.

The role requires field travel 4-5 days per week, strong relationship skills, and the ability to energize senior partners. Benefits and a competitive base are provided to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills with a consultative approach.
• Must be based in Shelby County, OH and fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel locally 4-5 days per week within ~1 hour driving distance.
• Experience with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person or via conference call.
• Synthesize market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with internal partners (marketing, product, client success, legal) to achieve GTM goals.
