Job summary

OrthoMed is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our Regional Director of Operations in Houston, TX. The role focuses on maintaining schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations across our anesthesia practice locations.

You will help identify inefficiencies, assist with credentialing and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with medical staff to uphold high standards of patient care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare or operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations preferred.
• Reside in the Houston, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Director of Operations, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Serve as liaison between regional office, locations, and medical staff for effective information flow.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and support process improvements.
• Help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, credentialing, and quality standards.
