Job summary

OrthoMed in Addison, TX is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Regional Director of Operations across our anesthesia physician practice management group. The role focuses on daily operations, calendar planning, communications, and improving workflows at multiple locations.

You will coordinate with regional offices, medical staff, and administrative teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering efficient administrative support and contributing to patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare or operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations preferred.
• Reside in the Houston, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Director of Operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, coverage grids and correspondence.
• Serve as liaison between regional office, practice locations, and medical staff to ensure effective information flow.
• Process improvement: identify operational inefficiencies and support implementation of process improvements.
• Compliance monitoring: help ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, credentialing processes, and quality assurance standards.
