Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years customer service experience; call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer main hospital telephone number.
• Answer all emergency (911) lines for hospital campuses.
• Follow procedures for emergency code notifications.
• Provide excellent customer service and caller assistance.
• Provide TTY assistance for community members.
• Make decisions regarding emergency calls and dispatches per policies.
