Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Three years of health industry operations or corporate training experience.
• Experience creating and delivering departmental and corporate training.
• Knowledge of health plan products (HMO/PPO/EPOS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, refine and communicate training and new hire curriculums.
• Supervise new hire classes and manage disciplinary actions and timecards.
• Update training materials and coordinate execution across departments.
• Collaborate with HR to onboard new hires and support onboarding processes.
• Assist with training on new products, system updates and benefits changes.
