Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate an Operations training program across the organization. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and executives to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions that align with business strategy.

The role focuses on creating end-to-end training roadmaps, new hire orientations, and ongoing refresher programs while leveraging Eloomi and other learning tools.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience in training & development.
• Experience designing corporate training across healthcare/ops preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver training programs and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with dept leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver training across diverse locations and skills.
• Assess needs, define requirements, and measure training success.
• Design and implement content using multiple learning modalities.
• Create learner journeys based on roles and competency levels.
• Lead New Hire Orientation content with operations partners.
• Deliver refresher training and workshops; track progress.
• Partner with QA/Operations to identify and close gaps.
• Stay updated on learning trends and tools.
