Job summary

Qualifications

• Design and develop training content for front desk and management personnel.
• Conduct training sessions for various groups as needed.
• Train administrative and operational staff on responsibilities, duties, processes and EMR use.
• Collaborate with Billing, referrals, IT and other teams for training updates and implementation.
• Identify super users at locations to support training of new hires.
