Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong coaching, mentoring, and group facilitation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of e-learning tools and intranets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, refine, and communicate training for new hires.
• Create and update trainee materials and manuals.
• Deliver skill assessments and coordinate training schedules.
• Supervise new hire classes and address disciplinary needs as required.
• Collaborate across departments to align onboarding and training.
