Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate the operations training and development program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to drive strategic objectives, assess organizational needs, and deliver best-in-class training solutions that align with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Healthcare training environment experience preferred.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Familiar with traditional and modern training methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Coordinate policy implementation across diverse locations and skills.
• Assess training needs and define measurable success criteria.
• Design and deliver training content using multiple modalities.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency level.
• Maintain and refresh New Hire Orientation with content from operational areas.
• Deliver training for new hires and refresher programs.
• Track progress and improve training effectiveness across teams.
• Collaborate with Application Team leads to align training with systems and workflows.
• Provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
