Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance verification workflows.
• Understanding of payer rules and coverage determination.
• Experience managing authorization/prior authorization processes.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, healthcare, or pharmacy benefit environments.
• Experience leading teams that support patient access or reimbursement services.
• Experience leading supervisors and/or large frontline teams.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• HIPAA and compliance awareness.
