You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, maintain HIPAA and infection control standards, and assist with training and onboarding while delivering equipment to patients as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience in healthcare admin, billing or call center a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support regional operations through workflow improvement and training.
• Review insurance verification, authorizations, and orders.
• Enter and track patient data in EMR systems.
• Analyze workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safety standards.
• Deliver, set up, and educate patients on equipment as needed.
• Operate company vehicles for equipment delivery.
