Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking an Operations Specialist to support patient care and drive process improvements across regional operations. The role focuses on workflow optimization, documentation review, insurance verifications, authorizations, and accurate data entry in EMR systems.

You will analyze workflows, collaborate with teams to resolve issues, maintain HIPAA and infection-control standards, and help train staff while meeting quality and performance targets.
