Job summary

Responsibilities

Manage the operations support team resources including inventory coordinators and dispatch staff.
Oversee program management of parts, shipping, logistics, and equipment storage solutions.
Ensure parts and supplies inventory is current to support maintenance and repair of medical equipment.
Collaborate with engineers to scope and plan logistical needs for engineering projects.
Identify improvement opportunities with vendors and hospitals; implement recommendations.
Develop and monitor performance metrics; communicate standards to staff.
Lead projects involving operational support systems; develop project plans and staffing.
Align department, operations, logistics, and support plans with leadership budgets and resources.
